Proper Workshop Equipment

Pressure-testing machines, ultrasonic cleaners, and calibrated timing equipment — the tools that make the difference between a guess and a result.

Written Service Records

Each job leaves with documentation — what was done, what was found, and any notes for future reference. Useful for resale or personal records.

Water Resistance Testing

We pressure-test all pieces where resistance is relevant, using dry and wet pressure tests to confirm actual performance — not just seal replacement.

How long does a quartz service take?
Most quartz services are completed within 3–5 working days. If parts need to be sourced or there are additional complications, we'll let you know during the initial check.
Do I need to book an appointment to drop off my watch?
Walk-ins are welcome during business hours. If you want to discuss a more involved project — like a vintage restoration — it's worth contacting us first so we can set aside time for a proper conversation.
What does the Vintage Revival Program actually involve?
It starts with a relaxed pre-work evaluation — we look at the piece together and discuss its history, condition, and what you'd like the outcome to be. From there we proceed at a pace that suits the work, with staged photography along the way so you can see progress.
Can you source spare parts for older movements?
For many vintage movements, yes — we work with suppliers of period-appropriate components. There are cases where parts are genuinely scarce, and we'll be straightforward with you about what's possible before starting.
Does the refinishing remove the original finish entirely?
No. We use light micro-polishing that follows the original surface geometry — brushed sides stay brushed, polished bevels stay polished. The goal is to tidy the surface, not erase its character.
What are your prices, and are there any extra fees?
Prices are listed per service — ฿3,600 for quartz servicing, ฿17,200 for the refinish and resistance package, and ฿32,400 for vintage revival. Parts sourcing for the vintage program may carry additional cost, which we discuss openly before proceeding.
